Centrally located between two of
America's most famous tourist attractions.

The Buffalo KOA Campground is the perfect stopping off point on your way East to
Mount Rushmore. A short 238 mile drive will see you at Mt Rushmore after taking a break in your journey at Wyoming's favorite camping ground. Started in 1927 and finished 14 years later these 60 foot high faces are a Shrine to Democracy and feature four of America's most famous presidents - George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson and Theodore Roosevelt. |
| Heading west? Then the campgrounds at
the Buffalo KOA Campground are a perfect place to rest on your way to Yellowstone National Park. Located only 244 miles from America's first and premier National Park,
the Buffalo KOA Campground is ideally situated for breaking your journey to see "Old Faithful" at Yellowstone National Park. Yellowstone was established in 1872 by the US Congress and now encompasses over 2 million acres. "Old Faithful" is undoubtedly the most famous geyser in the world, but it
is only one of 250 active geysers in the area. The region boasts some 10,000 thermal attractions. |
